At Viña Echeverría, our winemaking mission is to use our long history of family expertise in viticulture and vinification to craft elegant best-in-class wines which are expressive of our cherished landscape. Our sustainable estate winery is the setting for our traditional and respectful viticulture approach, where mother nature along with precision viticulture allow our organically grown grapes to reach their maximum potential. Classic French winemaking techniques, a firm nod to our French heritage, which we employ for our estate wines include the use of native yeasts during fermentation, lees aging, and barrel aging in French oak. We are also proud to craft some of Chile’s most complex artisanal wines, such as our Botrytis Sauvignon Blanc and Traditional Method Sparkling wine.

The wines in the Valle Dorado range are fun, fruity and easy-drinking. Representing six different classic grape varieties, this range has evolved from our customers’ demand for good-quality, affordable house and entry-level wines.

Sauvignon Blanc - Chardonnay - Cabernet Sauvignon Rose - Merlot - Carmenère - Cabernet Sauvignon
The Viña Echeverría Reserva range comprises 6 wines, which are characterized by their lively and fruity appeal. Fresh and vibrant with little or no oak, they are a true expression of the individuality of each grape variety. These are wines which work as well as aperitif or house wines, as they do with food.

Gran Reserva
Sauvignon Blanc - Chardonnay - Pinot Noir - Syrah/Carmenère - Merlot - Carmenère - Cabernet Sauvignon - Syrah
The wines in this range have undergone fermentation or aging in oak barrels (except the Sauvignon Blanc), resulting in more full-bodied wines with a greater scope of complex flavors. Focus is on French varietals, barrels and yeasts, which makes this range more stylistically European but with New World intensity and flavor. The wines in this range are perfect restaurant wines, or for accompanying food.
