Gran Reserva - Carmenère 2014
The vineyards at Viña Echeverría are located in the Curicó Valley and the rows are planted in an east-westerly direction to potentiate the sun’s exposure. We work with a model of micro viticulture, which means that each plot, no more than half a hectare, is identified according to its terroir and microclimate and planted, pruned, irrigated and harvested accordingly, resulting in grapes of optimum quality and flavor.
Vineyard

Tasting Notes
Garnet red with violet gleams. Combines intense aromas of ripe cherries and blackberries, with hints of red bell peppers, dried fruit and spices. Smooth and full-bodied, it has a round and delicate mouthful due to its oak-ageing. An extremely rich and velvety wine from this Chile’s signature grape variety.
Food Pairings
Pairs well with spicy, flavorsome foods, including curry, Mexican or rich Chinese food. Can match very well with chilies. Also drinks well with roast dark meats such as beef, or spicy seared tuna.
